Jamie Waldron and I went to high school together in Harrow, Ontario.  Our paths immediately diverged, but we have come back together for our mutual love of food.

Jamie will be leading a whole hog butchery class in the Provisions space on July 30, 2019  6-9pm. In this class, YOU ARE THE BUTCHER! It is a hands-on experience where you will be learning about each cut and how it can be used. This class has a limit of 8 people and each participant goes home with approximately 20 – 25lbs of pork at the end of each class.

Jamie is also the author of the Home Butchering Handbook and has honed his craft at fine establishments across Ontario.
