We are so proud to have our very own Tommy Nguyen featured in Rev Publishing Business magazine this month! Tommy worked for PFC at a co-op student from Niagara College Culinary Innovation & Food Technology program in 2015 and was hired on permanently after a 2 month trip throughout Asia this spring. He brings a lot to the table with a strong science and food technology back ground, but also a keen eye for detail and design as well as a natural passion in sales!

As a food technologist it is my role to ensure that the products being made are of the highest quality and consistent to the level we set…this means ensuring the right colour, texture, viscosity, sugar content and pH levels. The goal of the food technologist is to bring consistency to great tasting foods.”
