Hi, I’m Lori McDonald, the founder of Provisions Food Company. In 2012 I decided to start a business that would combine my background as a trained chef and cookbook author with my passion for the vineyards, orchards, and farms of the beautiful Niagara growing region of Canada.

What started as me canning jams and baking shortbreads in my kitchen has grown into a talented and passionate team working in our own  2,500 sq. ft. production kitchen. We craft our expanding line of delicious products in small batches—using ingredients that are sourced from local growers whenever possible.
