Summertime Caesar

Caesar’s are a staple of any Canadian’s summertime repertoire, and we have kicked ours up with a secret ingredient…pickles!  Use the juice in the drink and don’t forget to garnish it with a crunchy PFC Baby Dill Pickle, a classic stalk of leafy celery and a decadent tail-on shrimp.  The perfect appetizer in a glass. Happy summer!

 

Serving: 1 Pint Glass

 

2 tbs PFC Baby Dill Pickle Juice

1 wedge of lime juice

6 dashes of worcheshire

1 shrimp

1 PFC Baby Dill Pickle

1 stalk of celery

2 ounces of vodka

ice

mott’s clamato

celery salt

Optional: Black Pepper

 

  • Using a wedge of lime, wet the lips of Glass
  • Dip the lip of glass into Celery Salt
  • Squeeze in the wedge of Lime
  • 6 Dashes of Worcheshire
  • 2 Tbs of PFC Baby Dill Pickle Juice
  • Add 1 shot of Vodka
  • Optional: Add in Black Pepper to taste
  • Fill the cup with ice
  • Top off to the top with Mott’s Clamato
  • Mix until everything is well blended
  • Skewer a shrimp and PFC Baby Dill Pickle to garnish
  • Garnish with a leafy celery stalk
