Lori McDonald, CEO and Founder of Provisions Food Company, is an award-winning cookbook author and a mainstay of Niagara’s food and wine industry since 1998. Drawing on diverse experiences, from events planning to vineyard work, Lori established Provisions in 2012. Her love for Niagara’s culinary scene shapes Provisions’ gourmet offerings- jams, shortbreads, popcorn, and more-celebrating local, high-quality flavours. Committed to fostering positivity, personal growth, and meaningful connections, Lori extends this ethos to her team.
