Ingredients — 1 Serving

• ½ oz Raspberry Grenadine Cocktail Syrup

• 4 oz chilled Prosecco or sparkling wine

Method

1. Add Raspberry Grenadine to the bottom of the flute.

2. Slowly top with chilled sparkling wine.

3. No stirring — let the colour bloom upward.
