BRAISED BEEF SHORT RIB WITH FRENCH ONION JUS

400 grams feta
½ cup sour cream (14%)
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 garlic clove
1 Tbsp honey (Try it with our Smoked Honey!)
Juice from ½ of a lemon (about 1 Tbsp)
Zest from ½ of a lemon
½ - 1 Jar of Provisions French Onion Jam
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients except the French Onion Jam in a food processor (you can also use a hand mixer and a large bowl).
Pulse until smooth. To avoid the mixture becoming runny, do not over mix.
Plate the Whipped Feta and spread Provisions French Onion Jam on top and enjoy. Serve with toasted focaccia, baguette, or crackers.
Tips: Allow the mixture to settle and firm up in the fridge for 15 minutes before plating, this will make spreading the French Onion Jam on top much easier. You can store the Whipped Feta in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week, which makes this dip perfect for preparing ahead of time! The dip will soften to perfect scooping consistency within 10 minutes of settling at room temperature.
