These cornbread muffins are incredibly easy to make, requiring just a few simple ingredients, our Cornbread Dry Mix, smoked honey, and a muffin tin. - Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prep your 12 cup muffin pan by equally dividing the melted butter into each muffin cup. Put the muffin pan into the oven to heat up while you are mixing the batter.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and oil.
- Add the cornbread mix to wet ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not over mix.
- Carefully take the muffin pan out of the oven. Scoop about ⅓ cup of batter into each muffin cup.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the muffins to cool before removing them from the pan. Serve with homemade Smoked Honey Butter or Provisions Red Pepper Jelly and enjoy!
These muffins freeze really well! Wrap each muffin individually with tin foil. Freeze for up to 2 months.
