- Cold brew concentrate
- 1–2 tbsp Provisions Maple Brown Sugar Craft Coffee Syrup
- Dairy of choice (optional)
- Ice
How to Make It
- Fill a glass generously with ice.
- Pour in cold brew concentrate - how much is entirely up to you and your morning. Tip: Cold brew concentrate is more intense than regular brewed coffee, so start with a 1:1 or 1:2 ratio of concentrate to water or milk before adding your syrup. Taste as you go.
- Stir in Maple Brown Sugar Craft Coffee Syrup , starting with 1 tbsp and adjusting to taste.
- Add a splash of dairy if you like it creamy. Stir gently and serve.
How to Make Cold Brew Concentrate
- Combine 1 cup coarsely ground coffee with 4 cups cold filtered water in a large jar or pitcher.
- Stir gently to saturate the grounds, then cover and refrigerate for 12–24 hours. Longer steeps yield a bolder, richer concentrate.
- Strain through a fine mesh sieve lined with a coffee filter or cheesecloth. Don't rush it — let gravity do the work.
- Transfer to a clean jar and store in the fridge for up to two weeks.
Why It Works
Cold brew is already doing the heavy lifting — smooth, low-acid, and rich on its own. The Maple Brown Sugar syrup doesn't compete with it; it deepens it. The maple brings a rounded sweetness, and the brown sugar note adds just enough warmth to make this feel like something worth pausing for.
