Spiced Apple Sour Recipe

Warm, cozy, and perfectly balanced, this Spiced Apple Sour cocktail is made with Whisky, fresh lemon juice, and our Spiced Apple Citrus Cocktail Syrup. Finished with a silky foam and fragrant fall spices, it’s an elevated sour that feels right at home during the colder months, holiday gatherings, or slow evenings in. With a classic dry shake and a simple garnish, this cocktail delivers depth, warmth, and a beautifully smooth finish.

Glassware:

Coupe or Rocks glass

Ingredients — 1 Serving

  • 2 oz Whisky
  • 1 oz Spiced Apple Citrus syrup
  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 egg white (or 1 oz aquafaba)
  • Ice

Method

  1. Dry shake all ingredients (no ice) for 10 seconds.
  2. Add ice and shake again until chilled.
  3. Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice (or neat into a chilled coupe).

Garnish Options

  • Dehydrated apple wheel
  • Clove-studded apple slice
  • Dusting of nutmeg + cinnamon
  • Small rosemary sprig lightly torched for aroma
